Products

We are currently focusing on dried meat products. The accumulated experience of working with meat products for many years has allowed us to combine traditions with a new approach to the presentation and consumption of meat. This gave birth to a unique form and tasting qualities of the product - dried pork and beef sticks. We use special equipment to make and pack them, which means that sticks do not require special storage conditions – dried sticks can be enjoyed whenever and wherever.

Naturalness

We produce smoked products using beechwood and an exclusive friction method of cold smoking. It is unique in that the temperature of 300 ° C is reached without burning wood, and, thus, it does not produce carcinogenic substances.

We use natural seasoning and herbs to give taste to the products. We do not use synthetic meat substitutes.

Experience

Since 1993 we produce meat products of the highest quality. We started our business from a small slaughterhouse - we would sell cooled down and cut meat. Constantly developing our production base and capacity, we have expanded our business and started producing hot-smoked meat production. Since 2012 we have supplemented our assortment with cold-smoked and dried products.
